2nd Annual Farm to Table Dinner

Friday, July 20th
6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Scott Farm
, Dummerston

Marlboro MBA alum and chef, Tristan Toleno of Entera Artisanal Catering, will prepare the meal using foods from local farms and businesses including Lilac Ridge Farm, Sweet Tree Farm and Red Hen Baking Company (see menu below).

Scott Farm produces 90 varieties of ecologically grown apples, and many other fruits and berries. David Tanzey, Executive Director of the Landmark Trust, which owns the farm, will welcome the group to Scott Farm.

This dinner will raise funds to support the activities of the Marlboro Net Impact chapter for the 2012-2013 academic year.  This event is $25 for adults and $10 for children, or $20 for members of the Net Impact Marlboro Chapter.

To RSVP: Select the appropriate number of “RSVP Tickets” for yourself and each guest attending. Actual tickets will be purchased at the door and are not available to purchase through EventBrite. Tickets are payable by check or cash at the event.

Please RSVP by Thursday, July 19. Cancellations will be accepted by Thursday, July 19.

An indoor location onsite is available in the event of rain.

Organic Vermont bread with cultured Vermont butter

Beet and Carrot Slaw
raw beets and sweet carrots, cider vinegar and olive oil

Vermont Tofu Kebobs
pinchito marinade, cherry tomatoes and summer squash

Vermont Chicken Kebobs
pinchito marinade, cherry tomatoes and summer squash

Sautéed Kale
tossed with braised cippolina onions, garlic and tomatoes

Blueberry Parfaits
crumbled shortbread cookies, fresh local berries
and lightly sweetened creme frâiche

Ginger-Mint Lemonade
